All players must show a copy of their birth certificate at registration.All girls must wear a York Township Softball League Uniform, which includes socks, shorts, shirt, pants and visor.

Senior StridesThis is a low-impact class with interval weight training. If you are able to march forward and step side to side, then this class is for you!  This class will also help you develop stronger muscles in your chest, shoulders, biceps, and back by using light hand weights.Toning, Abs and PilatesThis hour long class is a mix of weight training, abdominal workout, and core strengthening mat pilates. Weights and mats available.Sit-N-Get Fit! Are you interested in joining a fitness class, but are worried that it might be too strenuous on your joints?  Maybe you think you won't be able to keep up with everyone?  Have you ever been sitting in a chair and started tapping your feet or lifting your shoulders up in time to the music?  If you have, then Sit-N-Get Fit is the class for you!  This is a 30 minute class allowing you to sit the entire time while you strengthen, tone and become more flexible.POUND FIT: Pound fitness is the world's first cardio jam session!  A combination cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in  Pilates.  Pound is a full-body workout. Basic handgun Training:This class will teach firearm ownership responsibility, facing an imminent threat (perpetrator), multiple shooting stances, shooting defensively, handgun action types, draw stroke from a concealed position, racking the slide, holsters, loading/unloading, grip, causes of firearm accidents, ammo storage and more.Attack, Prevent Being Victimized: This is a 3 hour course providing you with the skill-set and training to not be an easy target. The first step toward safeguarding your personal safety is making a pro-active decision to develop personal awareness before you need it.  The following topics and more will be covered: Criminal mentality                   Personal boundaries Levels of awareness                 Common places of attack Self-defense devices                Self-defense techniques Physical security                      Home, auto security Realtor Reality: This course is uniquely designed for Realtors who show homes and properties placing themselves in a potential dangerous situation.  Violent crimes are on the rise against Realtors.  Four percent of realtors report being the victim of a crime on the job.  Forty percent say they've been in a situation where they feared for their safety.  This course provides training in realtor awareness, realtor tips never to be broken, keeping safe boundaries with clients, venting clients, personal self-defense techniques, personal defense devices, self-defense tips, when facing an imminent threat. This course covers both non-handgun and handgun training providing a well-rounded course for realtors.

All players must show a copy of their birth certificate at registration.All girls must wear a York Township Softball League Uniform, which includes socks, shorts, shirt, pants and visor.

Shinbudo Karate is a blending of physical training, practical self-defense techniques, and Zen meditation. It's modern karate style is taught in the formal Japanese tradition. Participants will learn to strengthen their spirit, calm their mind and protect themselves. Students should wear loose fitting clothing and be prepared to sweat.

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM    York County Area Agency On Aging Classes - A Matter of Balance
MATTER OF BALANCE:This is a program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. Because many people experience a fear of falling, they often limit their activities, which can result in physical weakness, making the risk of falling even greater. This program will help achieve and overcome that fear.The class is taught by staff from the York County Area Agency on Aging.DIABETES SELF-MANAGEMENT:  This program will discuss action planning, decision making, dealing with difficult emotions, healthy eating, exercise, communication skills, using your mind & more! Participants are 60+ living with type 2 diabetes or 60+ caregiver of someone living with type 2 diabetes.
